Service at Oldmac Toyota Springwood

I had a great experience at this service centre. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. They inform me what time that’s suit me to collect my car. The good thing is so easy now to communicate with them. Just leave a text message and they will reply to your concerns soon as they can. Definitely recommend this place.

Totally recommend Oldmac Toyota Springwood. They are professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our salesman, Isaac Roos was refreshingly honest and easygoing. A very pleasant experience each time. Staff are friendly and welcoming in particular I would like to mention Chad, very professional and service oriented. I wanted a Safety Certificate on top of the 60k mileage service and he accommodated me and got the car ready earlier than the estimated completion time. In this current times , not often will we find the entire service team being polite and respectful to their customers/clients. Keep it up Toyota Springwood.

I've been a regular customer at the service department over the years for my 2007 yaris, they go over cars thoroughly and recommend what should be done, they're fair with there prices, but shouldn't park cars under trees when there finished because the birds crape on the cars. They have a guest lounge upstairs with tv free wi-fi free coffee and tea, biscuits the staff are friendly and helpful, they have a toyota van as a courtesy bus to take people home and pick you up when your car is finished, overall they provide a good service.

Recently purchased a preowned vehicle at OldMac Toyota Springwood. Jason and the team were fantastic!! They seamlessly organized absolutely everything. I drove away a very happy customer. Thanks again Jason.

I can't thank Daniel enough! I'm so happy with my new Rav4 I got from him. From the start, he was super helpful. He was patient and knew his stuff, answering all my questions without any pressure. Booked a test drive on Thursday for Saturday and told Jason we were ready to buy on the spot if we liked the car. When we arrived, he had the car ready and was holding off three other groups for us — legend. Paperwork was quick and easy, and Ace from finance made everything simple and stress-free.
