I can't thank Daniel enough! I'm so happy with my new Rav4 I got from him. From the start, he was super helpful. He was patient and knew his stuff, answering all my questions without any pressure. I felt supported the whole way through. His communication was great throughout, and he made sure everything went smoothly. Also, thanks to Ace and Tom from insurance for sorting that out for me.

Booked a test drive on Thursday for Saturday and told Jason we were ready to buy on the spot if we liked the car. When we arrived, he had the car ready and was holding off three other groups for us — legend. Paperwork was quick and easy, and Ace from finance made everything simple and stress-free. Always get my Hilux serviced at Oldmac Toyota Springwood and can’t fault them. A huge thank you to the young lady who looked after us yesterday! Booked in for the 30k service as well as a wheel alignment. After testing we were advised a wheel alignment wasn’t needed. So nice to experience such honesty - a rarity these days unfortunately in our society. Highly recommend. Very happy customer.

Toyota have been servicing our personal vehicles for years. Always wonderful prompt and friendly service. Chad is always accommodating and great with communication around service requirements and costs. A lovely green room for waiting or if you book with enough time a loan car is an option.

Had my first service with them today and wow what good service from being met straight away at my car to less than an hour waiting when I understood it could be max of 3 😄
